ImpactReply is a software service that helps businesses manage and reply to Google Business Profile reviews from one inbox. Our website is available at https://impactreply.com.

Information you provide

- Workspace information (such as business/workspace name and settings).
- Content you submit (for example, draft replies you write or edit).
- Support communications if you contact us.
Information from Google (Google Business Profile)
If you connect Google Business Profile, we access only the data needed to provide the Service, such as: account/location identifiers, reviews (rating, text, author name if provided by Google), and reply metadata (for example whether a reply exists and timestamps). We use Google OAuth and do not ask for your Google password.
Google API data use & Limited Use
ImpactReply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We use Google data only to provide user-facing features you request (syncing reviews/locations, drafting replies, and posting replies when you click Send).
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising or ad targeting.
- We restrict access to Google data and do not permit human review of Google data except (a) you and your team in the product, or (b) for support/security/debugging when necessary and with appropriate safeguards.
AI features
If you use AI drafting features, we process relevant inputs (for example, review text, rating, and your selected style) to generate a suggested draft. You remain in control — you can edit, discard, or send the draft.
To provide AI drafts, we may send the minimum necessary content (such as review text and selected style) to an AI service provider solely to generate the draft. We do not sell this data.
Billing information
Billing is handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details. We may store billing identifiers (such as customer or transaction IDs) to manage your subscription status and entitlements.
Usage data
We may collect basic usage data (for example, pages visited and actions taken) to operate, maintain, and improve the Service, and to understand product performance.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To sync and display your connected reviews and locations.
- To generate drafts and help you manage replies.
- To manage subscriptions, trials, limits, and customer support.

Revoking Google access

Your choices
- Disconnect Google: You can revoke Google access at any time via your Google account settings.

- Deletion scope: Upon verified request, we will delete or anonymize account/workspace data within a reasonable period, unless retention is required for legal, security, or billing reasons.
International transfers
